Skin Check Champions Ltd (ABN 14 633 056 149) is a registered Australian charity. This policy explains how we handle personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

What we collect

When you use our forms or tools we may collect your name, work email, company, role, sector, workforce size, briefing preferences, any message you send, and the answers you enter into our tools.

We also collect limited technical information (such as pages visited, referring campaign tags and browser type) to understand how the site is used.

Why we collect it

To send you the reports and summaries you request, respond to briefing or partnership enquiries, follow up about our workplace programs, and improve this site. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

Our staff and service providers who help us operate the site, send email and manage enquiries (for example hosting, email delivery and customer-relationship tools). Some providers may store data outside Australia; we take reasonable steps to ensure they protect it consistently with the APPs.

Storage and security

Information is stored with reputable cloud providers using access controls and encryption in transit. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
