WHS Compliance

• Documented sun-safety / UV-exposure policy reviewed in the last 12 months
• Solar UV listed in the workplace risk register with assigned owner
• Sun-PPE provided as standard (hats, UPF clothing, SPF 50+)
• Outdoor work scheduled around UV-peak periods where practicable

Officer Due Diligence

• Board receives an annual workforce health & WHS report
• Directors briefed on skin cancer as a workplace risk and chronic exposure liability
• Insurance and workers-comp exposure modelled for skin cancer cases

Screening & Detection Access

• Skin checks offered annually to all field / outdoor workers
• Coverage extended to contractors and labour-hire workforce
• Remote / regional workers have parity of access (onsite or teledermatology)
• Suspicious lesions trigger a documented escalation pathway

ESG & Reporting

• Workforce health metrics included in ESG / sustainability disclosures
• Skin cancer prevention KPIs reported to ELT and the board
• Program independently audited or benchmarked against peers
